WOODLAND HILLS, CALIFORNIA: Britney Spears allegedly had a meltdown after customers started taking her photo in a restaurant named JOEY DTLA located in the Bloc, in the Woodland Hills area on Friday, January 13. According to witnesses, the 41-year-old singer began yelling and “speaking gibberish,” prompting her 28-year-old husband, Sam Asghari to storm out of the restaurant.

A video obtained by TMZ shows Britney, who was recently freed from her 13-year conservatorship, using a menu to hide her face from a camera while she was being recorded by customers at the restaurant, which reportedly left her upset. Following the release of the video, many called her actions manic with one of them saying, "Britney Spears was under a conservatorship for good reasons. They’re becoming quite apparent," while another wrote, "The conservatorship should’ve stayed in." However, there were others who came in support of her. A fan wrote, "I’d snap too if someone casually filmed me eating dinner."

One of many bashed her husband Sam for leaving her alone and pointed out the possibility of PTSD. A fan expressed, "Sounds like she got some PTSD triggered, and rather than stepping in and understanding that, her man decided to ditch her when she needed him the most. Girl might be in a toxic relationship." Another wrote, "Has it never occurred to anyone that @britneyspears has PTSD? That the situation in the restaurant triggered a meltdown? That her family, the public, and paparazzi all share in the destruction of her psyche then and now? If Sam walked, he failed her."

Britney Spears breaks silence

Following the meltdown episode, the singer shared a meme of a woman in sunglasses with her legs crossed on Instagram and it read, "They told me I couldn’t that’s why I did!" Prior to this, she also posted a short video of her saying, "Feeling myself."
