Eva Longoria's son will have a lot of aunties, says Kerry Washington
The Desperate Housewives star rocks 6 months pregnancy in pink slip dress and a matching duster while her BFFs gush over her baby bump
Six months pregnant and glowing, Eva Longoria flaunted her baby bump alongside fellow actresses at the Costume Designers Guild Awards on February 20.
Dressed impeccably in a silky pink slip dress made complete with a matching duster and naked shoes, she posed alongside BFFs Kerry Washington, 41, and Gina Rodriguez, 33, who couldn’t help but pose for adorable photos (which later made it to Instagram).
Playful red carpet moments of soon-to-be-aunties gushing over Eva’s baby bump.
The picture made it to Kerry’s Instagram post where she captioned it: “Sisters from other misters. That baby’s gonna have a lotta aunties! THANK YOU @evalongoria for that beautiful introduction. You and @lynpaolo made me cry! And congrats to miss @hereisgina on being a bad*ss brilliant & beautiful host!!! Love y’all. #cdga20."
The Desperate Housewives star attended the Beverly Hills award show to introduce Kerry, who won the spotlight award. The spotlight award honors an actor whose talent and career signify an enduring commitment to excellence.
So when Eva got to introduce her BFF, she admitted casually that she’s having extra difficulty in deciding what to wear as her baby bump grows. “It’s hard enough to decide what to wear to these things, oh my God,” she said. “My Spanx don’t fit anymore!”
She gave an exhausted sigh but her Instagram posts gives an insight of her active pregnancy, where her Monday motivation was a good hike.
Eva is expecting her first child, a baby boy in May, with husband José “Pepe” Antonio Bastón, 49, who is already a father of three from his previous marriage.
Despite of her confession of how challenging it is to dress for two, the 42-year-old is rocking maternity style. In January, she wore a custom long-sleeved silk jersey Genny gown in black to support the Time’s Up movement at the Golden Globes.
