We are living in uncertain times, times that have brought with it the loss of lives, disease, angst, worry and panic. As most of the world continues to be locked down in their homes in an effort to fight the COVID-19 crisis, feelings of discomfort seem to be on the rise.

Shuttered stores, supermarkets, shopping malls, restaurants and office spaces have given us extra time to reflect and reconsider about many things in life. Months ago, time was a luxury where we would while it away time binge-watching a show online without a care in the world. It would one of the ways to spend spare time. But, the lockdown has had us run out of options. Therefore, a spike in restlessness.

But multidisciplinary artist Rachelle Cunning has a solution for us all. She recently drew a portrait of model Emily Ratajkowski, added blooming flowers and petals that covered her intimate parts. She wrote, “We are more than just our bodies” in her post on Instagram and added that the energies of the body and Earth are connected.

"In these moments of boredom, of worry, or the unknown have faith that this is what was needed in order for our race to wake up and change and that even though time feels paused we are not," she further shared.

The artist encouraged her followers to use this time to heal, grow and create and not spend it complaining or only seeing the negatives.  "Our minds are infinite with possibilities and we can choose how to use this time either fight against it complain/see only the negatives or surrender to uncomfortable feeling it and use this time alone to heal & grow & create ❤️ we are only as closed off as our mind is - so what will you do with this additional time?" she wrote.

But it's not only the artist's image of the model which is in the news, the model herself has been using the coronavirus lockdown to spend some time loving herself. Emily took to Instagram to tell her fans what she has been up to while in quarantine. She shared some pictures of her evening of self-care and relaxation, which included a hot bath and soothing her skin under a white sheet mask. There was also a steamy snap of her legs covered in bubbles on April 2 night on her Instagram stories. In fact, Emily has posted a number of risqué pictures on her social media as well. Apart from this, the Instagram influencer has a long list of books and music albums that she is reading and listening to and she has been recommending them as the best solution for the current #stayathome situation.

In other news, Emily was recently spotted in Manhattan alongside husband, Sebastian Bear-McClard, walking their one-year-old dog Colombo. The couple was not wearing masks or gloves and were both in warm clothes as it lightly rained, Daily Mail reported. However, the two have been careful during these scary times and have practiced social distancing. They step out only when they have to walk their furry friend.
