Dog the Bounty Hunter shares video fishing with new girlfriend Francie Frane and fans are loving it
Dog the Bounty Hunter seems to be moving ahead with his life and new girlfriend Francie Frane. Dog took to Instagram to share a new video of himself on a fishing trip where it appears Frane is shooting the clip. In the video, he is seen casting out a line into a big lake while beaming on Saturday afternoon. He had also included the hashtag 'social distancing' in the post.
In the video, Frane is heard asking him if he is going to "catch the big one" and he seemed confident that he would. Towards the end of the 45-second long clip, he pulls out the net and reveals that he actually did manage to catch a fish.
His fans and followers were happy to see a relaxed and content Dog amid these stressful and uncertain times. One fan took to Twitter to share, "Glad to see you out having some fun." Another added, "That looks like a good way for the day dog you rather have you enjoy yourself and you really look happy very very happy for you," another chimed in. "Love to see the smile."
"Your awesome! @DogBountyHunter. There’s no way Beth would want anything less than for you to be smiling and happy again!! You have to continue on through this thing called life and I’m happy for you and Francie! Much love from Canada!" shared a fan referring to Dog's late wife Beth who died after battling cancer last year.
A fourth added, "So happy to see u smile and happy again. It doesn't mean u don't miss Beth. Love you brotha keep your head up toward Jesus. He'll see u through ! Aloha."
We had previously reported that Dog's daughter Lyssa and a close family friend Robinson shared that they could not be happier for the new couple. They also revealed that Dog is very much swept up with Frane, The Sun reports.
The pair have been dating for a few months and had met after Dog had called Frane's husband, Bob, to do some yard work at his home in Colorado. Frane had to break the unfortunate news that Bob had passed away several months before Dog's wife, Beth, died from cancer last June.
The couple had started out by talking on the phone and had become increasingly close. They are helping each other deal with the immense grief of losing their loved ones, Lyssa added. "Beth would approve — I honestly believe that Beth sent Francie for my dad — I feel like Beth and Bob are up there watching down over them," Lyssa said.
The news of the children's approval came after Dog's not so pleasant relationship with Moon Angell whom he was previously linked to. Angell had also been a friend of Beth's and had also dated Dog's son.
At the time of their relationship, Lyssa had got candid along with her sister Cecily and had also accused Angell moving in a bit too quickly on Dog while he was still mourning the loss of Beth.
