'Dr Pimple Popper': Dr Lee gifts a former drug addict relief from the scars of her past
TLC's 'Dr Pimple Popper' is again back on the screens. Her show features patients who suffer from bad skin conditions that don't allow them to grow in their life. However, once they come to Dr Lee a lot of their weight is lifted.
'Dr Pimple Popper' Season 7 Episode 2 featured three new patients with nasty skin conditions, and among them was Kaitlin. Dr Sandra Lee, aka Dr Lee, is a godsend for these patients as she tries to alleviate their skin troubles and also returns their body confidence. Kaitlin approached Dr Sandra Lee with the same hope that she would be able to remove all the blueish scars on her hands. Kaitlin revealed that these scars resulted from her use of drugs and now these hand scars continuously remind her of all the past mistakes she committed. Previously, Dr Lee helped Loren get rid of the unsightly lumps on his body, giving him the confidence of getting into the dating pool.

Kaitlin even revealed that she the company she kept earlier on led her down a dark path and the blueish scars are a constant reminder of her errors. Although she was working in a good firm and had a good life due to her mistakes, her family members and her son left Kaitlin. Kaitlin was trying her best to forget everything about the past and mistakes she committed, but every morning these scars reminded her of everything. She had scars on both hands and unsuccessfully tried to use tattoos to cover these scars. Kaitlin said," Getting a tattoo done over these scars was very painful, but it somehow worked for me to hide them." Many people who are in recovery from crystal meth and/or heroin carry scars associated with their addiction. Some people feel very self-conscious about the issue and as a result of the negative body appearance some also go into relapse. Luckily for Kaitlin that was not the case.
Dr Lee appreciated her braveness and was proud that she wanted to move on with her past mistakes, but Dr Lee, she was also confused about the solution. She couldn't finalize the proper surgery and treatment. At last, Dr Lee decided to use Laser Tattoo removal equipment that detects the black and blue colour and lightens her scars. Kaitlin was happy to see her hand without scars and was very thankful to Dr Lee for gifting her a new life and self-confidence.
