'Do you like Brahms?' Episode 2 starts with Joon-young (Kim Min-jae) and Song-ha (Park Eun-bin) welcoming their friends at the airport, but this time, Joon-young is extremely shocked to see his best friend Han Hyun-ho's girlfriend Lee Jung-kyung as well. This is the same woman who had kissed Joon-young in New York when he was there for a performance. However, she hadn't said why she did it or what she felt about him. Also, she had definitely hidden what happened between her and Joon-young from her boyfriend Hyun-ho as well. So for a while there, this had been disturbing Joon-young and to see her without notice puts him at a bad spot.

Song-ha who is also at the airport to welcome her friend Yoon Dong-yoon notices the unease, but she doesn't comment on the same. Instead, she leaves with Dong-yoon so that he can take a look at her violin. However, she is surprised when Dong-yoon receives a call from his ex-girlfriend Kang Min-sung, who happens to be Song-ha's best friend. The two of them end up acting as if they hadn't met at the airport and that they are meeting at the restaurant for the first time since his return.

So when Song-ha coincidentally hears Joon-young's conversation with Jung-kyung about what happened in New York, she confirms that he is in a position that is very similar to hers and that this is what pushes her to open up to him and even help him pick himself up after a hard day. Be it when people question his talent, or when they wonder if he is now on a downswing after the appearance of another genius classical pianist, she ends up comforting in unexpected ways.

When he only gives importance to making audiences happy with his performance, it is a question that Song-ha asks which makes him wonder if all this while the way he had approached his music was incorrect. When Joon-young asked Song-ha if she liked his performance that took place at Jung-kyung's residence for an intimate concert; she tells him that she did like his performance. She then asks what he thought and he responds that he was happy that the people who were there had enjoyed his performance. So then she smiles and asks him, "Did you like your performance?" To this he has no answer because he has never wondered how he felt about his performances before.

He sees performing for an audience in a whole new light because right after this, she tells him that she liked his performance of Träumerei better than what he had played on the day of the concert. She tells him that when he had played Träumerei, the music had touched her heart and this is probably what will bring about a change in the way he perceives himself as a musician. Now that Song-ha knows about Joon-young, will he learn about her in the upcoming episode?

'Do you like Brahms?' airs on SBS on Mondays and Tuesdays at 10 pm KST.
