'Absolutely disgusting!' Four women harass a Hispanic vendor, lick his food and put it back over $7 hotdogs
SAN DIEGO, CALIFRONIA: A shocking viral video showed four drunk women insulting a Hispanic hotdog vendor and harrasing him as he charged $7 for each. The women, who are reportedly California State University students, called him a loser and dirtied his food. The TikTok video has left netizens livid with many slamming the women for their appalling behavior.
Riley Kaufman, who recorded the video, said that the hotdog vendor, Andres Arguelles Alvarez, was not to blame and that he was the "sweetest man." The women were seen licking the food on the cart and putting it back. They threw some of the food around and told the vendor, "If you charge me $7, I'm going to f**k you over," per the Daily Mail. Alvarez stayed calm initially but soon he told them leave and even waved his tongs around to prevent them from taking more food. Eyewitnesses reportedly said that he had done nothing to provoke them.

Who are the four women?
The university has launched an investigation into their behavior, though they have so far refused to reveal the identities of those involved. Earlier, Cal State San Marcos confirmed that a current and former student were among the group. A third woman, who witnessed the incident, studies there as well. Cal State said a probe was underway and condemned their behavior, per LA Times.
The university called the women's behavior "disrespectful and antithetical." The dean of students "is currently reviewing all available information," per NBC News. "If applicable, we plan to pursue any violations of our student code of conduct,” the university added.
Some claimed on social media that the women attended San Diego State University, to which the institution reportedly responded, "None of the individuals in the video are confirmed to be SDSU students. Further, while individual names have been shared online, at least one SDSU student and a student organization tagged by social media accounts reported being misidentified and not present in the video, and none of the remaining names shared are SDSU."
What did the vendor say?
Speaking about the harrowing experience, Alvarez said, "They grabbed my bacon with their hand, all my vegetables, everything I use. People realized all the dirty things they were doing and it disgusted them. They no longer wanted to buy more," per NBC News. "They realized that I was Mexican, that I didn't speak English very well, and they thought, 'Ah, we can attack him,'" Alvarez added.
An eyewitness too tried to intervene but the women continued what they were doing even after she she left. Kaufman, who was recording the video, posted follow-ups to the TikTok video and said that she did not want to get involved as she wanted to "show how these girls go out in public and act."
