Who are Deonna McNeill and Greg Okotie? Meet 'Married At First Sight' stars preparing to welcome first child
Some 'Married at First Sight' couples who've stayed together believe it was love at first sight, there are some who've had to put in the hard work to make their love story a successful one. Either way, both these sets of couples have gone on to have happy marriages with most of them expecting their own little bundles of joy soon enough!

A self-shot series, 'Couples' Cam' gives us a look at the 'MAFS' couples' lives, from dealing with a pandemic to working on their relationship and in some cases, taking care of their growing families. Being on two very different wavelengths can seriously hamper the progress of any relationship. However, Deonna McNeill and Greg Okotie's relationship was far from smooth sailing at the start, seeing that Okotie wasn't quite sure where he stood in this relationship. Here's a look at the couple's journey so far.

The couple took things slowly and steadily
McNeill hadn't been in a relationship for about 10 years before getting married and once she did tie the knot with Okotie, she wanted to fall in love with him gradually. Okotie on the other hand, seemed far more sure of his decision but was worried that at some point, his bride wouldn't feel the same way.
Thankfully, once decision day rolled in, McNeill revealed that she was 'growing in love with her husband', much to Okotie (and our) relief. ""This kind of feels like a fairy-tale. I got married at first sight to find my forever relationship, to find my complementing partner, go on adventures, go grocery shopping, go home and have someone to talk too. With Greg, I have all of that," she added.

Baby O is due anytime now
In September of 2020, the couple announced that they're accepting their first child, as reported by E Online. In an article complete with a photo of the new parents, along with a sign that read 'Okotie Party of 3', both McNeill and Okotie are beaming.
Okotie is pretty confident about his parenting skills, as the couple spoke about their baby plans back on Season 1 of 'Couples' Cam. "Babies are like calm around me," Greg mentioned on the show. "I don't know, Deonna called me baby whisperer, so that might be it, right? Makes me really think about like, having one of my own, and I think I'll be a great father. I think fatherhood would be pretty nice," he added back then.
Seeing that he's a great uncle to his nephew, Titan (don't take our word for it, this photo is proof) we do not doubt the fact that there's truth to his words. McNeill has been also taking parenting tips from her castmates, as reported by E Online. "I've gotten a better relationship with Danielle [Dodd], Shawniece [Jackson-Pierre], Ashley [Petta] and Jamie [Otis Hehner]," she shared. "They've given me advice and I've touched base with them. With me being the new girl on the block with the baby, I've been accepting all of the advice from the other moms." Is what she had to say. We can't wait to meet the newest member of the Okotie family!
