Pre-game chatter

Los Angeles Lakers

As far as the head-to-head ratio goes, the Lakers lead the Nuggets 2-1. Statistically, they are a team with a better defense and offense, however, that has come under scrutiny following their recent losses. All eyes will be on Anthony Davis from the Lakers who is yet to shrug off a bit of rust while fans will be hoping to see LeBron James return to court. He sat out with a groin injury and will be hoping to hit his stride when they take on the Nuggets.

Predicted-line up: LeBron James, Anthony Davis, Danny Green, JaVale McGee and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope.

Denver Nuggets

Coming off a win against the Jazz, the Nuggets will be keen to continue the winning streak when they take on an under-pressure Lakers. It's not an easy task considering the big names they are up against, however, they do have a few aces up their sleeve in the form of Michael Porter Jr who is on a roll for the Nuggets.

Who may walk away with a win?

Our money is on the Los Angeles Lakers. They will be keen to shrug off the losses and what better way to do that by registering a win to get back on track.

Who are you rooting for when the two sides meet for an absorbing clash?
