Even as Comic-Con @ Home inches closer, DC fans have set their crosshairs on the upcoming DC Fandome event in August. The single-day event will hint at some of the best offerings DC has in store for its fans, including films, TV series, comics and more. The event tweeted the launch of the "Official Questions" site and fans took to the social media platform to put forth their queries.

"You’ve got questions! We’ve got answers. Submit your questions now about the DC Multiverse, and see if they’re answered during #DCFanDome! http://questions.dcfandome.com," the tweet read. Ahead of the event, here are two of the major questions that fans sought answers to. The most notable had to be "Is Ben Affleck reprising his role as Batman?" The actor has had three outings as the caped crusader in 'Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice', 'Suicide Squad' and 'Justice League'.

Although Affleck leaving the role was official by January 2019 according to a Collider report, there have been rumors milling that he would reprise his role as Bruce Wayne/Batman again in the DCEU. This theory only became stronger when news broke that Henry Cavill would return to the DCEU as well. "I think that a lot of questions will be about #batfleck ;) let’s hope we get to see his script in any capacity whether it’s a show or animation or just anything really," a fan tweeted.

"Will we see Batfleck again?" was asked over and over by fans. "Ben Affleck and Henry Cavill, When are these dudes coming back?" asked one of the fans. "2 questions for The Batman. Hopefully, they answer one," wrote one of the fans. "Not so much of a question, but rather a request....can you convince Ben Affleck to return for his original solo Batman film on @hbomax? #Batfleck@hbomax@HBOMaxPR@WarnerMedia," read one of the tweets.

Then came questions on #ReleaseTheAyerCut. "When are you #ReleaseTheAyerCut Please???" asked one of the fans. "DAVID AYERS SUICIDE SQUAD. PLEASE" wrote another. "Please release the #ayercut! Give us more details on this one!" a fan tweet read.

To sum up, here's a tweet that covers most bases:" Requests 1.make a season 2of swamp thing 2. Lobo movie please R.rated 3. Give chance to @DavidAyerMovies to show him his version of suicide squad.. 4.thank you for releasing #Zacksnyderjusticeleague #Batfleck rocks #releasetheayercut"

The DC confab is set to kick-off on August 22 at 10 am PT.
