DAYTON, OHIO: A mother-of-three was one amongst the nine victims who were shot and killed during the shooting in Dayton, Ohio.

It has been revealed that Lois Oglesby, 27, made a last and final call to her partner and the father of her children as she lay dying at around 1 am on Sunday.

She called the father of her two children on FaceTime and said, "Babe, I've been shot in the head," before dying.

The nursing student's partner, Daryl Lee, took to Facebook to reveal her final call.

He described Oglesby as "strong as f***."

"She FaceTimed me and said 'Babe, I just got shot in my head, I need to get to my kids.' That's strong as f*** to hold off to call me. She was letting me know she loved me and to take care of these kids... I got you, babe. I can't stop crying," he wrote.

Oglesby is leaving behind her newborn baby girl, Reign, and her six-year-old daughter, Hannah.

She was described as a "wonderful mother" by her cousin Derasha Merrett.

The shooting in Dayton, Ohio lasted for less than a minute but it was enough time to claim the lives of nine and injure 27.

The victims also included the shooter Connor Betts' younger sister, Megan.

Video footage showed police officers shooting and killing the gunman as he fired into the scared crowd.

The video shows people running helter-skelter as 24-year-old Connor fires dozens of shots from a gun which had a "double drum" magazine with the capacity to hold up to a 100 rounds.

The police have also announced the other victims of the Dayton shooting.

The victims include Saeed Saleh, 38, Derek Fudge, 57, Logan Turner, 30, Nicholas Cummur, 25, Thomas McNichols, 25, Beatrice Warren Curtis, 36, and Monica Burkhouse, 39.

The Dayton shooting was the second to take place in 13 hours, the first being at a Walmart store in El Paso, Texas, that claimed 22 lives and left dozens injured.
