As troubles escalate for Jason inside Velocity, Amanda Lucas (Alice Braga) helps him to escape. She escorts him out of his cell but they are eventually spotted and trailed by Leighton and Dawn.
Trapped in the tense situation, the only way to escape is- the box. Amanda takes Jason to the hangar and they both enter the box in a rush. During the physical struggle, Dawn loses her fingers as the doors snap shut.
