'Dancing With The Stars' Season 28 Finale Winner: Hannah Brown and Alan Bersten crowned champions as they take home the Mirrorball Trophy

It did not come as a surprise to many as Brown was the only contestant who had never been in the bottom two.

'Dancing With The Stars' Season 28 has come to an end and Hannah Brown and Alan Bersten were crowned as the winners. Lauren Alaina and Gleb Savchenko came in the fourth place, Ally Brooke and Sasha Ferber took the third place while contention for the top spot was between Brown and Kel Mitchel.

It did not come as a surprise to many as Brown was the only contestant who had never been in the bottom two. In the final episode of the show, Brown put forward two powerful performances. The pair performed a Viennese Waltz for their first performance and wowed the viewers with their dance routine. Len Goodman thought that the performance was good but there were a few things that were out of routine.

Burno Tonioli thought the same but Carrie Ann Inaba was impressed with the performance and disagreed with the other judges. While she gave the pair a 10, Goodman and Tonioli gave them a 9, making her get a total score of 28. Meanwhile, for the second round of the performance, the contestants had to perform a freestyle routine.

In this round, Brown made sure that she connected to her song and performance emotionally as that was usually a comment she received from the judges regarding her performances. Goodman thought that the performance was sharp.

Tonioli also thought that the performance was "Superb". Meanwhile, Inaba stated that it "was a victorious freestyle.” The judges gave the pair a perfect score making them get a combined total of 30. The two performances made Brown land 58 in her bag for her last performance.

Fans were quick to take it to social media to congratulate the reality star for her win. "So proud of you @hannahbrown you are so deserving of that win. I’m gonna miss you on my screen every week. What a journey it’s been," one fan wrote.

Another added, "Alan you are a great dancer and a perfect teacher So so glad you and Hannah won" while another added, "@hannahbrown
