'Charmed' Season 2 Fall Finale: Hacy shippers disappointed as Macy walks in on Harry kissing Abigael
The fall finale for the second season of the 'Charmed' reboot aired this week and the episode gave us more answers than we were ready for. Viewers clearly have a lot to unpack.
The episode centered around Parker and Maggie's potential marriage. Maggie first accepts, and then rejects, Parker's proposal—leading him to lean into his demon side.
However, it was the drama in another relationship that had fans even more upset.
Macy began to show signs of jealousy as she expressed to Mel how she does not like Harry choosing to trust Abigael despite her many betrayals. When Mel tells her that Harry has feelings for Macy, Macy looks confused and confides that she has feelings for Dark Harry instead.
Fans were confused about this since it was implied at the end of Season 1 that Macy knew of Harry's feelings for her after she took on the Source of All Evil.
One fan tweeted, "Why is Macy acting like the knowledge of Harry having feelings for her is new to her? She knew this already last season when she was the Source. #Charmed."
Unfortunately, by the time Macy did accept that she had feelings for Harry, she walked in on him and Abigael sharing a very passionate kiss, breaking her's and viewers' hearts.
A viewer tweeted, "Going to watch the episode now and figure out why the hell was Harry being so stupid didn't he learn from being with Charity I guess he didn't #Charmed #Hacy," referring to Harry's relationship with the Whitelighter-turned-villain of Season 1.
Fans were disappointed with the turn of events but hope that this will be what is required to push Harry and Macy to finally get together.
One fan wrote, "For #Hacy I understand this scene. it takes a click for Macy." Another fan tweeted, "I'm hoping we have Macy and Harry in the second half of this season, I'm really glad Macy has started coming to terms with her feeling for Harry, though, I just hope Harry can do the same. #Charmed #Hacy."
'Charmed' will return to The CW with new episodes on January 17th, 2020.
