Why is 'Celebrity Wheel of Fortune' Episode 5 not airing this week? Here are the charities each will be playing for
The wait for 'Celebrity Wheel of Fortune's Episode 5 will be longer than usual because there is no new episode airing tonight. But while the network takes this hiatus, older episodes of this debut rendition of the game show will air on ABC from 8 to 11 pm on Thursday, February 4. Wondering why this prolonged wait and when the new episode returns with a brand new trio of celebrities? Read on to find out.
Why is Episode 5 not airing tonight?
The answer most likely lies in TV productions progressing at a much slower speed than usual with coronavirus guidelines being applied. Production of bulk episodes is probably not happening at the moment, resulting in random breaks within the ongoing season to shoot multiple episodes in advance. Network shows also go on a designated winter break, but considering 'Celebrity Wheel of Fortune' premiered in the winter season, there won't be a mid-season break like that for a while.
