'Celebrity Watch Party': Stars, fans grossed out as 'Botched' doctors give man new nose using tissue from rib
Fox's 'Celebrity Watch Party' returned with an interesting episode of 'Botched' tonight and weirded everyone out - both on the show and those watching it. Dr Paul Nassif and Dr Terry Dubrow helped their patient who was troubled with his crooked, hard nose. His first surgery went well and got him a beautiful nose until he waxed his nose and the Gore-Tex (the implant material used) started to fall out of his nose.
He followed it up with multiple surgeries but those only caused his nose to bundle up further, making breathing difficult. But the doctors of 'Botched' were more than happy to take up the case. It was a challenge sure, but it added to their credibility as top-notch plastic surgeons. After examining the case further, Dr Nassif shared his approach. He said he would be taking pieces from his rib and add to the sides of his nose to open up his nose.
Listening to them talk about how they would be going about the surgery wasn't the tough bit, everyone started to gross out when they aired scenes from the operating table. But, there were few, such as Steve Wozniak and Sharon Osbourne who were unphased by the graphic content. Steve was munching on some snack while the doctors scraped the patient's rib for the rhinoplasty.
Meanwhile, fans too are finding it hard to wrap their hands around the whole procedure.
"They're taking part of his rib and making it into a nose?? How does a person even realize that such a thing could be done? #CelebrityWatchParty," a fan asked, while another shared: "They taking the entire nose off?!? #CelebrityWatchParty."
"I love when they offer ppl their 14th plastic surgery procedure. #CelebrityWatchParty," a viewer commented. "Botched is terrible #CelebrityWatchParty," another tweeted. "That dudes face is plastic #CelebrityWatchParty," a fan expressed, while another wrote: "The following material may be graphic and cause you to vomit #CelebrityWatchParty."
Apart from what was shown in tonight's episode, viewers seem to be taking 'Celebrity Family Feud' kindly. They are loving the content and especially some of the stars and their reactions to the shows.
