The screens blacked out as #BlackLivesMatter appeared on it with nothing but an eery silence for background score. 'Celebrity Watch Party' ended on an emotional note and viewers couldn't be more thankful to Fox for showing empathy during these times of crisis.

It concluded with rapper Killer Mike's impassioned speed addressing the Atlanta protests. Talking to a press gathering, he said the whole situation had got him "mad" and that he wanted to see the world "burn down' because he's done seeing black men die. "He casually put his knee on a human being’s neck for nine minutes as he died like a zebra in the clutch of a lion’s jaw. And, we watch it like murder porn over and over again. That’s why children are burning to the ground. They don’t know what else to do," Mike said, while prompted Reggie Bush, one of the stars on the show, to say that life has now become a wait for people, wait for the next person to turn into a hashtag.

Meanwhile, fans are all praises about the sensitivity Fox has shown in this week's episode. "Bravo to #celebritywatchparty showing @KillerMike speaking on the anguish of the last weeks our country has gone through! God Bless him for being a voice for the culture. Let us not forget," a viewer commented while another shared: "All praises to @Fox Amazing job on #celebritywatchparty You all did a marvelous job on the George Floyd story. I sincerely thank you. #GeorgeFloyd #KillerMike #BlackLivesMatter #blacklifematters."

"There’ll be times when there are some things not worth talking about, but you got to anyway... It’s not gonna be easy, or fixed overnight, but talking about it is just the first step to understanding each other. What happens next? No one knows...#celebritywatchparty," a viewer expressed.  "I am so proud and glad that in this episode they have decided to leave some time to dedicate to #GeorgeFloyd,' another tweeted.

In other news, fresh charges have been leveled against the four ousted policemen involved in the killing of George Floyd.
