'Cash Pad': Release date, plot, trailer and everything you need to know about the Jojo Fletcher-Jordan Rodgers home-flipping show
Three years after getting engaged on National Television, JoJo Fletcher and her fiancé Jordan Rodgers from 'The Bachelorette' season 12 will be gracing our screens once again.
'Cash Pad' is an upcoming house-flipping reality series. The former Bachelorette couple will work alongside homeowners in Dallas, Austin and Phoenix area and help turn their unused crashpads into short-term rentals as an extra income. Here's everything you need to know about the show:

'Cash Pad' will premiere on Tuesday, July 23, on CNBC network.
Plot
According to a press release by CNBC, 'Cash Pad' is an eight-episode series, that follows the "dynamic couple partner with homeowners who are in serious need of extra income and hoping to turn their properties into thriving short-term rentals. Whether they’re transforming a decrepit shipping container, a rundown airstream, or a garage in disrepair, JoJo and Jordan are up for the task of creating one-of-a-kind vacation hotspots that will provide a life-changing financial boost for their homeowner partners and help expand JoJo and Jordan’s growing short term rental portfolio."
Cast
The main cast includes JoJo Fletcher and her fiancé Jordan Rodgers. After getting engaged in 2016, Jojo introduced Jordon to flipping homes and since then the couple has been working on renovating homes together. The couple also share their projects on social media quite often.
Producers
The series is produced by Electus with Chris Grant, Drew Buckley, Tim Puntillo, Craig Plestis and Ming Lee Howell as executive producers. Jim Ackerman and Marshall Eisen are the executive producers for CNBC.
Trailer
At the beginning of the trailer, Rodgers says, "The short-term rental market is booming. Right now, people all across the country are choosing to stay at cool, unique properties instead of cookie-cutter hotels." Fletcher adds, "That's where we see a big opportunity to make a lot of money and create investments that keep on giving."
The trailer continues to show how the couple transforms homeowners' spaces. There are before and after slides that are also shown in the trailer. Overall the teaser reveals that the series focuses on changing unused crash pads into cash pads.
