Benny Colon (Freddy Rodriguez) has been nothing less of a rockstar in the TAC, and if he decides to run for DA and leave Bull behind, it will be sad to see him go. He has been integral to the legal firm since the beginning. In a little throwback to Season 4 Episode 3 'Rectify', which is just one instance where Benny used his intelligence and prowess to crack a difficult case, we are taken back to 2002 where a few drug dealers got into a hassle at a drug store.

The police had found two bodies: a dealer, Quincy Giles (Marcus Lott), and the other body was that of an innocent pregnant woman. Investigations led to the presence of another male at the scene, Eddie Mitchell (Malcolm Goodwin). Eddie was wrongly convicted of triple homicide by a prosecution team that included Benny.

However, later, Eddie revealed the witness had lied and Benny realizes that this was the same witness used by the team for different cases. Trying to make up for lost time, Benny decided to switch sides and mount a defense to help clear Eddie's name. It was a nail-biting episode but Benny emerged victorious, proving that indeed, he is an integral member of the TAC.

Lately, fans are worried that Chunk is taking on more cases, which means that Benny might just be leaving the show. It is still up in the air, because Benny hasn't accepted the offer to run for DA as yet. "Wait so that means @FreddyRdriguezis leaving? Hope not we like the Benny and Bull friendship. #Benny #Bull #BullCBS," a fan tweeted. "Okay, Chunk. You out here showing us that you can stand in the gap for Benny #Bull," a fan tweeted.

Some, however, begged to differ. "#teambenny Chunk has been an obnoxious character development. If you are transitioning him to replace Benny, the show is losing its touch and honestly it is an eye roll of decision," wrote a user.

Yet, the door is left open for Benny, which shows that even though the character might leave, he has hinted that he will always come back to TAC. 'Bull' airs on CBS on Mondays at 10 pm.
