BTS teases possible new tour but their fan Army goes crazy with speculation that 'it's a movie'

It's uncertain if the teasing announcement of a new tour also means new music coming out at the same time, but given the fact that it's just four months away, fans are not keeping calm!

Probably one of the biggest boyband sensations of its times, K-Pop band BTS has finally answered their massive fandom's pleas for new music and posted a little snippet of what looks like a possible tour announcement!

The game changed within an hour though when the official Twitter account for SF Cinemas tweeted the same photo with the caption in Thai, that roughly translates to "Excited by people #BTS #BTSTour2020 #SFcinema."

Soon fans were torn and frustrated enough in this maddening guessing to make the hashtag "it's a movie" trend globally on Twitter. There was equal parts disappointment and claiming that the ban and Nig Hit have made a "clown" out of them once again by teasing a possible film on the band under the name "tour".

However, as one fan sums it up beautifully: "what if its a movie of their tour, their journey, their love to us armys. because thats what their tour is all about right — so those who cant afford concert tickets can at least watch the movie and have a feeling of saying 'im going to watch their tour'"

Most of them, however, choose to be in denial unless there's an official confirmation, like this one fan who tweeted: "STFU I WILL NOT BELIEVE ITS A MOVIE UNTIL I SEE PROOF".

While the news comes shortly after the news of the seven-member band taking a break for the first time in their highly successful career, the timing couldn't be better as it has almost been a year since the band ended their last tour tiled 'Lose Yourself' — something that left fans anticipating their comeback with much more eager enthusiasm.

But looks like the band might have gotten their long-overdue rest as both BTS and Big Hit Entertainment have indulged in venturing out into the effortless task of winning over their fans once again with their teaser post for a new tour next year.

Taking to Twitter, Big Hit Entertainment sent the entire fandom who fondly refer to themselves as the 'BTS Army' into a manic frenzy by sharing a new visual for what looks like an upcoming tour!

The post is a photo of the seven members' reflection in sparkling water with purple hues, and the word 'Tour' written across. They accompanied the photo with the caption: "April 2020. Stay tuned." It might not be a lot of information, but it is credible and concrete enough to get ardent fans picking their brains, speculating about what's to come.

It's also uncertain if the teasing announcement of a new tour also means new music coming out at the same time, but given the fact that it's just four months away, fans are not keeping calm, nor containing their enthusiasm when it comes to analyzing every minute aspect of the teaser - till the last detail.

Replying to the original tweet by Big Hit Entertainment, a fan dug deep into the photo and deduced: "We tripping cause they be saying tour but the guys are like standing on water and ya know wheres water? In the mf ocean so what if BTS tour in a cruise ship?? i connected the dots." Another pointed out how this latest photo "Reminds me of their reflection during their Fake Love perf at MAMA last year. #BTStour2020."

They aren't wrong entirely, but what caught fans by a bigger, more surprising storm is the fact that this announcement comes shortly after the break, and following absolute silence from both the band and Big Hit as well.

For others, it was mostly about a 2020 dream come true, as one fan wrote on Twitter: "by April 2020 my skin will be the clearest I will get accepted in the program I want my money will be multiplying I will have tickets to see BTS and one day will b soundcheck n barricade."
