'Bringing Up Bates': Can Josie and Kolton convince Travis to start the journey of courtship with Katie?
Travis and Katie have been seeing each other for a couple of months and have managed to form a strong bond. Travis recently came to visit Katie and decided to take part in the annual Valentine's party that is organized by the Bates family. To everyone's surprise, Katie decided to be a team sport for a change and ended up taking part in many activities.
As the day came to an end, the Bates seemed to welcome Travis into the family and hinted that they would accept it if he suggested a courtship with Katie. While the discussion did not take place, the next day, Katie and Travis decided to meet Kolton and Josie.
Kolton and Josie were looking forward to inviting the new couple to their house and the four of them decided to make a pizza together. Travis thought it would be the best way to spend some time and to add the cherry to the top, pizza was also Katie's favorite fast food. Without wasting any time, four of them got started with the task and as time went, they realized that making a pizza was harder than it seemed.
Despite all the difficulties, all of them made sure that they were having fun. Right from tossing the pizza up in the air to ensuring they had rolled the dough properly, they all knew the importance of having some fun. Luckily for them, they managed to make a perfect cake after several tries.
Josie decided to use this time to talk about courtship. She hinted that it was time for Travis to step up and ask their father's blessing for Katie and his courtship. Travis admitted that he was serious about Katie but seemed hesitant to take the next big step. Meanwhile, Katie thought it might be the right time to discuss because everyone had been waiting to talk.
Speaking to the camera, Travis hinted that Katie and her brother-in-law had constantly spoken about courtship but he needed some time of his own to step up and take a step towards it. With everyone around Travis questioning him about courtship, will he finally plan on seeking approval from Katie's father for courtship?
