Braunwyn Windham-Burke has opened up about "coming to terms with different parts" of her sexuality in a new interview.

The 'Real Housewives of Orange County' star, 42, revealed in an interview with Access Hollywood on Tuesday, October 20, that she had earlier suppressed "parts" of herself by drinking heavily. "There's definitely parts of me that I quelched with alcohol and I never really admitted to myself," said the reality star, who is now sober, but identified herself as an alcoholic on Season 15 of the 'Real Housewives of Orange County' premiere this month.

She continued, "I grew up in a different time than my kids are, and so I'm just giving myself the time and the grace to figure out who I am, to be as authentic as I can to myself."

The doting mom, who shares toddlers Hazel, two; and Koa, four; twins Caden and Curran, seven; and Jacob, 15, Rowan, 18, and Bella, 20, with husband Sean Burke, said that "there's a lot more things" about herself she hasn't "really" looked into.

Braunwyn and husband Sean are apparently not living together at the moment. The star recently gave Entertainment Tonight a tour of her new 8,000-square-foot home in Newport, California during which she informed that at the moment, Sean is not living with her under the same roof. In the same interview, she also said, "I will say this, there's no other men in my life."

The mother of seven shared during a recent interview with US Weekly that she is taking this time to get more in tune with herself. "I want to be kind of careful right now because it's all so new, and I'm kind of keeping it to myself. Like, it's new and special. You know, there’s someone in my life right now that makes me happy and I smile just thinking about, but I kinda want to protect it right now. I’m not quite ready to put it all out there, everyone in my life that knows me knows what’s happening," Braunwyn explained. "I don’t think I’ve smiled so much. It’s good. I know if you look at social media, it seems really like crazy, but things are really good in our house right now.”

Braunwyn, who first exchanged vows with Sean in 2000, and has separated from him once in the past as well. She recently took to Instagram recently to post two glammed-up pictures of her and Sean with a heart emoji caption. Braunwyn looked gorgeous in a white bodycon dress with bronze-gold fringe, matching pointed heels and a bright red lip whereas Sean looked sharp in a black suit. While most fans wondered whether the couple is still together or not, one particular comment caught Braunwyn’s eye. A user commented, "And he’s gay," not knowing the housewife will respond to it herself, saying, "No sweetie, that’s me. He’s straight." So does Burke have a woman in her life?
