A family is devastated and mourning the loss of their son, who killed himself less than a year after his sister committed suicide.

Dyllon Beadle, 21, was found dead earlier this month at his home in Manchester, according to the Mirror, just two months before the anniversary of the suicide of his younger sister, Quinn, who hanged herself last December.

Quinn had been struggling with depression after she was allegedly groomed over a period of three months in December 2016 by a man in his 50s, reports Daily Mail. Police ultimately made no arrests in connection to the allegations.

Dyllon had taken a year off university after his sister's death and was working at a cocktail bar at the time of his death. The last time the family saw him was two weeks before he died, and they said he gave no indication that Quinn's death was troubling him so much, added the Mirror report.

"We had such a good night," said Tracey, his mother. "He was up on the stage dancing. He was buying everyone Jagerbombs. He even got his gran to have three Jagerbombs!"

"He was on top form, he really was," she continued. "There were no obvious signs. He was as normal as could be expected, given what he was going through."

Just a few days after that joyful night, he was found dead at the house where he was staying with his friends. They found him early in the morning lying on the floor and called for an ambulance, but it was already too late.

"Our beautiful son Dyllon decided that this world was just too cruel for him," Tracey said. "He took the awful decision to take his own life just as his little sister Quinn did in December. He was haunted by her death and couldn't live without her. They are together again and that is some comfort."

"I think I always knew Dyllon would do this because I knew he couldn't bear to be without her, but I hoped he could have held on a bit longer," she added. "This world is a darker place without them. Our hearts are broken."

After Quinn's death, the family had set up a charity called 'Quinn's Retreat' to help other families who were suffering from a similar ordeal, and are now planning on changing the name to 'Quinn's and Dyllon's Retreat.'

They have set up a fundraising page to raise money that will go towards the charity. It has raised over £2,100 ($2,700) at the time of writing.
