'Botched' Season 6: Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif meet woman with huge 2050 CC breast implants who insists on making them bigger

Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif are surprised to meet a patient who has a breast size of 2050 CC and a lopsided chest but wants something even bigger.

'Botched' season 6 premiered today and had viewers meet some of the most outrageous cases of plastic surgeries. However, one surgery that baffled even Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif was that of Gia Gotham, who described herself as "a single mom working 9-5 job in the morning and by night Gia Gotham, a cosplayer".

However, one thing in common between her two personalities is her boobs. Gia reflected that she got into body modification after looking at some of her idols such as Pam Anderson. Gia revealed that ever since she was young she wanted to get her breast implants done and when she knew she could, she did.

However, Gia's weight issue was a call for concern for a long period. She finally decided to get a gastric surgery done which led her to lose a tremendous amount of weight. Despite losing her weight, her breast implants remained the same which led her to get more breast implant surgery. Gia, who currently has a breast size of 2050 CC complained about wanting them to look more symmetrical and to do so, she decided to undergo the knife yet again. However, before making this decision she wanted to make sure that she was heading in the right direction. To be sure of what she was doing,  Gia decided to consult Nassif and Dubrow.

Nassif and Dubrow were shocked to see Gia because they had never seen someone who had so breast implants like her. She revealed that she only had breast implants three times but decided to go "as big as she could" and ended up with a 2050 CC breast size.  She told Dubrow that she wanted to see if it was possible to increase her breast size. "There is a reason that FPA puts a limit to breast size 800 CC," Dubrow explained. "Clearly, if you go larger than that your risks of complications are extraordinarily too high."

Gia added that she was concerned about having health complications and wanted to make sure that nothing goes wrong. However, her consultation led to the shocking discovery that her breast implants on the left breast were upside down. At the same time, her left breast happened to be heavier and larger than her right breast.

Dubrow estimated that the difference in the breasts was 400 CC and Gia revealed that it was the exact difference that was there between her second and third surgery. "It is almost like my doctor forgot to fill my right breast," she said.

Dubrow further added that Gia was at a point of risking her health as the implants had stretched her skin out. He informed Gia that there wasn't much skin left in her breast to allow another implant to take place. Looking at the risk, Gia decided it would be better if she avoided another implant surgery.

'Botched' airs on Tuesdays at 10 pm on E!
