Dr Paul Nassif had a surprise on the show today as he welcomed his wife, Brittany Pattakos. Dr Nassif usually keeps his personal and professional life separate but it was surprising to find his wife dropping by to see him. While appearing on the show, Brittany spilled some details about their relationship, thanks to Dr Terry Dubrow.

Dr Dubrow did not leave any chance to get some tea on their relationship. Brittany revealed that Dr Nassif and she often workout but one thing he is not happy about is seeing her lift the same weight as him. Brittany revealed that Dr Nassif asks her to reduce the weights she lifts because he does not want her to start looking like a man.

Dr Dubrow was shocked to hear this and wondered if Brittany was strong or if it was Dr Nassif who was weak. As this conversation came to an end, he decided to bring up the topic of Brittany seeing Dr Nassif's back hair. For those who have seen 'Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills', the news about Dr Nassif and his back hair will not be something new.

Dr Nassif was always made fun of for the amount of hair on his back. However, Brittany assured him that she did not mind his back hair. At the same time, Dr Dubrow was curious to find out how Brittany felt the first time she saw Dr Nassif naked. Brittany revealed that she thought Paul was 'petite'. She joked that since he was shorter than her, this was the first thought that came to her mind. Dr Dubrow tried to explain how that might be a compliment for him as he usually sees himself as someone who is very big in size. Keeping the jokes apart, Dr Dubrow acknowledged how wonderful they looked as a couple.

He was quick to add that Brittany was lucky to have a man like Dr Nassif. The pair recently announced that they are expecting their first child, a baby girl. Dr Nassif has been sharing his journey to parenthood on social media and recently shared pictures of the nursery.

'Botched' airs on Mondays at 9 pm ET on E!
