With little to no time left for the reboot series to premiere, here's everything you need to know about the forthcoming season of 'Blind Date'.

Living in an era where dating apps, social media and Netflix and chill help create relationships, the feel and attraction that lies in real dates have vanished. Meeting for the first time before technology could take over, included shy encounters, self-consciousness, funny instances, which helped in getting to know the person better.

In an attempt to bring back those feelings and memories, Bravo is returning with a reboot of everyone's guilty pleasure and fan-favorite show, 'Blind Date'. The series previously aired from 1999 to 2006 and ran for eight seasons before it was canceled. And now back for a new season, the series attempt to bring back old school dating along with the drama that keeps us hooked to our screens.

Release Date

'Blind Date' will premiere only on Bravo on November 18 at 11:30/10:30c.

Plot

According to Bravo, the series revolves around, "the age of social media where preconceived notions dominate and dating apps thrive on a swipe left or right, where hopeful singles looking to form a true connection – or perhaps just any connection – take the ultimate plunge when they embark on a blind date. A nod to the original format with a modernized twist to match social media trends, each half-hour episode focuses on two couples of varying ethnicity, sexual orientation, and age. As each unpredictable date progresses, only time will tell if these strangers struggle to connect or find their perfect match."

Host

Nikki Glaser is a famed stand-up comedian, actress, podcast host, radio host and television host. She also hosted the series, 'Not Safe with Nikki Glaser' that premiered on Comedy Central earlier this year. Nikki also played a small role in the 2009 film 'Punching the Clown'. She also appeared in the 2015 film 'Trainwreck'.

Trailer

Back again for a brand new season, this time, 'Blind Date' is all-inclusive with LGBTQ+ couples giving blind dating a chance. The trailer teases that the drama is in excess with the couples even going on weird first dates.
