Has Joe Biden also contracted Covid-19 after debate with Trump? Internet says ‘hurry to get a test’
President Donald Trump left no stone unturned when it came to mocking former vice president Joe Biden for wearing a mask all the time during the first discourse of the Presidential Debate on September 29 in Cleveland. Only two days later, POTUS took to Twitter to announce that he and First Lady Melania were tested positive for Covid-19.
He tweeted, "Tonight, @FLOTUS and I tested positive for COVID-19. We will begin our quarantine and recovery process immediately. We will get through this TOGETHER!"

Even though Trump noted during the debate that everybody present in the room had been tested for Covid-19 before assembling for the event, the fact that Trump is infected with the virus has given rise to concerns as he and Biden shared the same room. Neither of them wore a mask throughout the debate, which also implies that there are chances of Biden also being exposed to the deadly virus.
As soon as Trump made his diagnosis public, people took to Twitter to ask if Biden needs to be worried about getting the infection. One tweeted, "@KamalaHarris What now? The President may have infected Joe Biden. Biden should hurry to get a COVID 19 test. He may then move forward showing he is the only candidate, who is healthy for the Presidency." Adding to the previous tweet one wrote, "@RhymesRadical You’ll wake to news that Trump and his wife have tested positive for COVID-19. I’m more worried about Joe Biden. Trump could have been infected on Tuesday night when he yelled through the debate. I’m waiting to hear a statement from Joe Biden." One Twitter user suggested, "@StephenGrootes @realDonaldTrump @JoeBiden I want to advise Joe Biden to undergo Covid-19 test as he could be infected by the babbling Trump during his disrupted debate." Another said, "Joe Biden was 10 feet away from a maskless, COVID-19 infected, Donald Trump for 90 minutes just two days ago. 2020 is a nightmare."

Meanwhile, there is also a lot of uncertainty surrounding the second Presidential debate as the infection has now forced POTUS to remain in quarantine until recovery. The Commission on Presidential Debates is yet to make an announcement regarding any changes in the upcoming debate owing to Trump's condition.
