'Below Deck': Will Francesca Rubi drive Ashling Laura out? Fans slam chief stew for not letting 'poor' newbie rest

Ashling Laura is the new stewardess on board. While she was thrilled to join the crew serving My Seanna, things seem to have gone downhill for the newbie real quick. By the time she was on the yacht, Ashling had covered a thousand miles and had at least 30 hours of flying on her, this meant she would have to get some rest before taking up work.
Unfortunately, there was no time for that and she had to get cracking on the laundry, which was an uphill task. She had to sort them, wash and dry them, and finally iron and fold them. It was tough on someone who had just traveled continents and explains the tears by the end of the day when Francesca said she needs her to be up at 6:30 am. Even though Elizabeth Frankini and the chief stew calmed her down with hugs, fans were not convinced and thought they rather harsh on the new joinee. "Ashling is ALREADY crying! She's NOT gonna LAST LONG if THAT keeps up! #BelowDeck," a fan predicted, while another expressed: "Alright folks, I have a new theory. Ashling doesn't cut it so she leaves. THEN we get @josiahcarter_ or @courtneyskippon. I am not giving up hope people #BelowDeck."

"poor ashling needs some sleep! are there no rules on fatigue like airlines have? pilots and flight attendants need a specific amount of rest to operate a flight for safety reasons. any maritime law on that? @capthlr #BelowDeck," a user tweeted. "Francesca is complaining about Ashling when she couldn’t even get Cap Lee’s shirt dry and had a meltdown after serving the first dinner on deck... #BelowDeck," another pointed out. "Really, Francesca? Ashling just flew 30-some hours to join the boat, she works an entire shift on top of that, and then you want her to get up early?!? COME ON GIRL. #BelowDeck," a fan wrote.

Here's hoping Ashling gets her much-needed rest or else there are chances she could be off the boat because of the stress and pressure.
