‘Below Deck’ season 7 preview: Abbi hooks up with her boss Ashton as Kate and Kevin get off on the wrong foot
The premiere episode of ’Below Deck’ season 7 saw us getting acquainted with the new crew members of the luxury yacht- Valor. We could already sense the juicy drama which is awaiting us this season. New stewardess Courtney Skippon kicked it off when she said that she didn’t like serving and isn’t into servitude. Then we saw new deckhand, Tanner openly express his interest in chief stewardess Kate Chastain, while claiming to be into older women. Just as the episode was beginning to get exciting, the episode ended with a gripping cliffhanger.
The cliffhanger for the upcoming episodes dropped some interesting hints in terms of what we can expect this season. Ashton, who has been promoted to the position of bosun this season appears to be at the center of a lot of drama. We first see the handsome hunk hooking up with his new deckhand, Abbi Murphy. Abbi can be heard saying that things get weird when you wake up next to your boss. We are sure it will only get weirder, Abbi.
Working on a luxury yacht entails that you come across some interesting requests from the guests. This season, we get to see a group of guests placing a request for Ashton to strip for them. Our party-boy fulfills the guests’ requests, as we see him giving a lap-dance to one of the guests in the clip.
New chef, Kevin and Kate have already begun butting heads in the premiere episode, setting up the stage for an epic showdown between the two. We also see Ashton calling out Kate and reminding her that she isn’t a great stewardess. Although we do not know what tipped off our dear Kate, but the clip shows Kate angrily walking away from the yacht demanding the cameras to stop following her. Does this mean Kate has left the show? Well, we hope not. We will just have to keep watching the show to get all the scoop on the show.
