'Below Deck Sailing Yacht': Adam jokingly tells Jenna he's good at 'splaying stuff', Madison is awkward
The sexual tension between chief stew Jenna Macgillivray and chef Adam Glick is unmistakable. But Adam wants to take it slow so that they don't end up on each other's bitter sides.
In this week's episode of 'Below Deck Sailing Yacht,' the two finally take their relationship a step further. After seeing off the charter guests, the sailing crew left for a night of partying. Upon returning, everyone hit their beds while Adam and Jenna enjoyed a quiet time out on the deck. Both of them said they liked each other and kissed.
It was visible that Adam was really invested in Jenna in the way that he appreciated her company. "You make me laugh. It makes my days a little easier," he said and added that it's not every day that he is attracted to his chief stew. Jenna said "s**t happens" and they laughed. There's a chemistry there and a love story waiting to happen only if they give it some time.
This was preceded by multiple flirtatious banters, one of which put Madison Stalker in an awkward situation. She was waiting for Adam to hand in the plates so that she can serve the charter guests when Jenna said she liked the way he was splaying the strawberries, to which Adam said, "I am pretty good at splaying things out."
In the season premiere episode, Jenna and Adam almost got physically close when he asked her to sleep in her bedroom. The two were drunk and had gotten into the hot tub together. Adam has always been very wary of his relationship with Jenna. Even though he has intense feelings for her, he doesn't want it to come in the way of work because that would affect the whole crew.
But this time, it was tough for him to not acknowledge the way he felt for Jenna. However, in the preview to the next episode, we get a glimpse of how Adam has been pushing Jenna away, literally and figuratively, so that they can create a healthy work environment.
Let's hope they are able to balance work and personal life with ease.
