In 'Batwoman' Episode 7, we saw Alice (Rachel Skarsten) work with Safiyah of Many Arms of Death, and in return for the equalizer that can take Batwoman out, Alice gets a vial with a yellow substance. The content and its consequences are yet to be revealed. But we can be sure this is something Alice will use to successfully orchestrate her grand revenge plan.

Her friend Mouse is as excited as her and the two looked like they couldn't wait to see how this would affect Jacob Kane (Dougray Scott). Alice and Mouse managed to fool Jacob's employees at Crows Security by having Mouse use a Jacob face mask.

The real Jacob is out of town, investigating a case while Mouse in Jacob's stead overlooks the Crows operation for a day. The promo of the upcoming episode titled 'A Mad Tea-Party' featured how Alice and Mouse continue this ruse and have somehow also managed to kidnap Jacob Kane.

Kate Kane (Ruby Rose) is unaware of Alice's plans. She was unable to stop Alice from getting the Batsuit damaging gun because she was busy convincing Sophie Moore (Meagan Tandy) she was not Batwoman. Similarly, she doesn't seem to have been able to keep Alice away from their father.

We see Alice and Batwoman's confrontation get a lot tenser as Batwoman tries to learn where Jacob is held by Alice and Mouse. Alice, on the other hand, is having too much fun keeping her father captive, possibly in a basement.

This is, in a way, Alice's way of putting her father in a similar space to where she was as a child. She blames her father for forgetting Beth, she blames him for her transformation into Alice and the person she has become today.

We also see Jacob apologize to Alice, but that doesn't seem to move her at all. Her anger is fuelled enough for her to be at a celebration dinner Catherine Hamilton-Kane and Mary Hamilton have arranged for Jacob (who is really Mouse in disguise). What are Alice's plans exactly?

'Batwoman' Episode 8 will air Sunday at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
