'Jackass' star Bam Margera was brought back to the Florida rehab facility he reportedly fled two days ago. It was reported that on Monday, June 13, Margera 'escaped' the rehab facility and was nowhere to be found. However, he has since been located at a hotel near Delrey Beach. He was spotted by cops and the crisis intervention team who escorted him back to the facility for treatment.

The reason the 'Jackass' star was brought in by the police is that he has been ordered by the court to stay at the facility for treatment. Sources told TMZ that Bam was effectively sober and cooperative with the cops and the intervention team when they picked him up. It is said that he left his court-ordered program at the facility because he was unhappy with the 'restrictions' at the center. The 42-year-old was reportedly unsatisfied with the lack of 'celebrity care' he was receiving as compared to previous visits to other rehabs.

He mentioned Dominick's 10-year sobriety feat as he completed 1-year clean. The rehab believes that the star did not relapse while he was 'away' but he has been off his medication since leaving the facility.

Why is Bam Margera in rehab?

Margera was sent to rehab after a disturbance at Don CeSar Resort Hotel in St. Pete Beach, Florida, last year. However, the exact nature of this disturbance has never been revealed but a legal order was issued requiring Margera to be escorted to rehab by the police. The sheriff’s department spokesperson said, "They received a call that something was going wrong there. When deputies arrived, they were informed that Mr. Margera had an ex parte order, which is a judge’s order for court-ordered rehabilitation. Those are taken out by a third party on behalf of the person.”
