Update: Bam Margera, the MTV alum who escaped his court-mandated rehab twice in July, was found by the police once again near Deerfield Beach, Florida. This happened on Monday, June 27, after he was last seen near LifeSkills South Florida, wearing an all-black outfit.TMZ reports that the police officers were joined by a crisis intervention team, just like before, but this time, Margera's parents were involved too. They held an intervention on the spot and concluded that he would be transferred to a new facility. It is reported that he spoke to other family members as well, but it's unclear whether his wife Nicole Boyd got on a call with him or not. The tense relationship between his wife has led to a rift between him and his 4-year-old son Phoenix Wolf. It's also reported that Bam continuously asked for Wolf but was told he needed to get back into treatment first.

Bam Margera has fled his rehab clinic in Florida once AGAIN! The television personality has escaped the rehabilitation center twice in the same month. According to the reports, he was last seen in Deerfield Beach at around 5:30 pm on Saturday, June 25 as per the local law enforcement officials. It's reported that he was wearing a black shirt, black sweatpants, and matching sneakers when he left LifeSkills residential without permission from the officials of the court.

TMZ broke the news again, explaining that it's the second time that the 'Jackass' star has fled his court-ordered rehabilitation center. Broward County detectives are actively looking for him and have requested people to share information regarding the same. Sources close to the publication reveal that Bam left the facility party due to his split from his wife, Nicole Boyd. They both share a son, Phoenix Wolf. It was previously reported that Bam and Nikki broke up a couple of weeks ago and she hasn't been returning his calls, which has led to Bam not being able to contact his son. Last year, Nikki had filed documents in Los Angeles, seeking full custody of their son, with supervised visitation from Bam. "Due to the separation, Bam was staying at a sober living home when he made his unauthorized exit from rehab," stated Nikki in her documents.

Another source close to the publication revealed that Nikki "Has not responded to any of Bam's calls or texts, and has been absent from his recovery process." The former pro skateboarder sparked major concerns amongst his fans when he escaped the facility indicating a relapse. The 42-year-old stakeboarder recently celebrated 1 year of sobriety as seen in his Instagram post, which caused more concern.

Bam escaped the FL facility twice in the same month

This is the second time that Bam has escaped the facility causing some major trouble for the officials. He previously escaped the facility claiming that he didn't get 'star treatment' as reported on June 13. He was later found at a hotel located near Delrey Beach. He was confronted by the cops and crisis intervention team who brought him back to the facility for further treatment. The police had to be involved in this process as he was ordered by the court to stay at the treatment facility. It was revealed that Bam was sober and cooperative when he was found. He was reportedly unhappy with the 'celebrity care' he received at the facility.

Why was Bam sent to rehab?

Bam was sent to rehab for causing a disturbance at the Don CeSar Resort Hotel in St Pete Beach, Florida, last year. While the exact nature of this disturbance was never revealed, the sheriff’s department spokesperson said, "They received a call that something was going wrong there. When deputies arrived, they were informed that Mr Margera had an ex parte order, which is a judge’s order for court-ordered rehabilitation. Those are taken out by a third party on behalf of the person.”
