'Bachelor In Paradise' Season 9: Rachel Recchia speculated to self-eliminate after Brayden Bowers goes on date with Becca Serrano
SAYULITA, MEXICO: The latest episode 'Bachelor In Paradise' Season 9 turned the dynamic of existing relationships on the show upside down with the arrival of a few new bombshells. Brayden Bowers and Rachel Recchia were going strong and became a fan-favorite couple.
They spent more time together and went on quite a few cozy dates. However, Brayden and Rachel's relationship was seemingly sabotaged when Becca Serrano arrived at the paradise.
Becca asked Brayden for a date and he quickly agreed to her without giving a second thought to his romance with Rachel. Brayden seemed to be completely smitten by Becca and the two had a perfect date.
Rachel was confident she could find love again in 'Bachelor In Paradise' as she fell in love with Sean McLaughlin from 'The Bachelor' Season 20 and Brayden Bowers from 'The Bachelorette' Season 20. However, things didn't go as planned and her relationship with both Sean McLaughlin and Brayden was sabotaged.
Rachel failed to find love in the ABC network show and reportedly self-eliminated herself, according to Reality Steve.
Sean McLaughlin predicts Brayden Bowers and Rachel Recchia split
Rachel Recchia sparked a connection with Sean McLaughlin soon after they connected in 'Bachelor In Paradise' Season 9. However, Sean had feelings for Jess Girod and decided to confess to Jess without talking about his conflicting attraction to Rachel.
However, Jess ended up friend-zoning him. After Brayden told Rachel about Sean's attraction to Jess, the former pair had an explosive argument and parted ways.
Brayden and Rachel then developed a connection. However, Sean seemed to believe that they don't have a future together. Sean claimed, "If they’re end game that’s gonna be a hell of a pairing, but I think I think Brayden’s just gonna have some fun," in a recent interview with ET.
He added, "I think Rachel always kind of has fun. It’s nice to see that side of her."
Brayden Bowers receives backlash for ditching Rachel Recchia
Brayden Bowers had formed his villain impression after his appearance in Charity Lawson's season of 'The Bachelorette'. However, the viewers started liking him for his romantic and loyal portrayal in 'Bachelor In Paradise' Season 9.
Brayden was betrayed by Kat Izzo as she dumped him for Tanner Courtad and the viewers sympathized with him over his heartbreak. However, things changed in the latest episode when Brayden went on a date with Becca Serrano.
Brayden ditched his recent flame Rachel Recchia, who seemed to genuinely like him and went on a date with Becca. Viewers slammed Brayden for sabotaging his relationship with Rachel.
A social media user wrote, "Brayden doesn’t deserve Rachel." Another user penned, "I CANT BELIEVE I LET A MAN TRICK ME. should have believed Brayden’s true colors when he showed them the first time."
