Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon surprised everyone part of the Bachelor Nation when they announced that they were dating. Ashley confirmed that she has certainly found her "soulmate".

During iHeartRadio's The Ben and Ashley I Almost Famous Podcast, Ashley told Ben Higgins, "He is my person. He is my soulmate." On season two and season three of Bachelor in Paradise, viewers witnessed Ashley really pursue and cry over Jared. Ashley knew that he was the one for her from the first moment they met in the year 2015.

However, it took a little longer for Haibon to realize and understand his true feelings. The pair went on a date during their first season on the show but Haibon decided to dump her. The pair managed to remain friends and also had a few flings in the fall.

In a YouTube video of their love story, The Story of Us, Jared said, "I never felt like it was over between us after Paradise, which is why I said we're still going to be friends. Like, it just didn't feel over."

The couple also went through a significant amount of drama during their second season of Bachelor in Paradise and decided it was best if they date other people. Haibon appeared in Bachelor in Paradise Australia and Ashley went on to star in Bachelor Winter Games where she had a fling with a Canadian participant Kevin Wendt.

Ashley shared with Higgins that "there was no crossover" and she "never cheated on Kevin or anything like that." She admitted that she and Haibon did talk about his feelings before 'Bachelor Winter Games' aired.

Ashley and Jared went on a group trip to St. Lucia with fellow 'Bachelor In Paradise' couple Tanner Tolbert and Jade Roper. After consulting Tanner, Haibon even confessed his feelings to Iaconetti and proceeded to give her a kiss at the airport. However, she chose to keep seeing Kevin.

When Kevin and Ashley broke up a while later, Haibon tried to pursue her again through a love letter and the couple got together. "In a way, he was harboring feelings for awhile, but he didn't want to come out with them until he was 100 percent. Honestly, he kind of said he needed an earthquake and, like, he got his earthquake. Then, he told me and then he's been like super happy and amazing. Like, he was in such this dark place for awhile and now he's just like a mush ball in the best way, and he's, like, so full of love," Ashley shared with Ben Higgins.

She also shared that she loved her boyfriend very much and that he loves her too. During the podcast, she revealed, "He's so cute every day. He goes...‘Do you know how much I love you? I don't think you know.'"

During an interview with Bachelor alumni Dean Unglert and Vanessa Grimaldi on 'Help! I Suck at Dating', Haibon admitted that he was a "very closed off human being for a long time" and realized that he was making a huge mistake by not being with Ashley.

"I know, I don't want to speak for Ashley, but like, obviously we've talked about it and we see this as, you know, it for us, so to speak. Life partner, love, marriage, kids, the whole—I mean I hope so," he shared.
