BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA: 'Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles' Season 15 ultimate power couple Josh and Heather Altman are still together and thriving. The Altmans are notably dominating the West Coast real estate market. However, Josh and Heather had recently hit a bump in their marriage.

In the teaser of the upcoming Bravo show, Josh and Heather had a dramatic argument over work-life balance. Josh was busy in expanding his real estate empire alongside his wife, Heather, who serves as CEO of The Altman Brothers. Josh prioritized his goal of securing $500 million worth of active listings in Orange County and he felt it was the time to open the new Altman Brothers OC office.

However, the new success came with challenges that Heather was tackling. Josh admitted that every single listing comes with so much pressure. Josh's drive for success started encroaching on his home life, sparking conflict with Heather. She confronted her husband to keep the work in the office only, but things seemed to get worse between the couple.

Heather told Josh, "You're down here, half the week, some nights not coming home." She later shared in the confessional, "Josh is not going to stop. It may kill me." However, more drama will be unravelled with the premiere of the Bravo show.
