Ronda Rousey and Kurt Angle to take on Triple H and Stephanie McMahon in Wrestlemania match

Kurt Angle made official Ronda Rousey's Wrestlemania 34 debut by announcing that he would be joining her against Triple H and Stephanie McMahon.

Ronda Rousey's match at WrestleMania 34 in New Orleans was finally made official on Monday Night Raw, and she will be taking on old rivals Stephanie McMahon and Triple H, whom she previously decimated in WrestleMania 31 back in 2015 along with The Rock. Raw general manager Kurt Angle will be joining her for this match.

The former UFC women's bantamweight champion will be participating in a mixed tag team match on April 8. Ever since Rousey judo flipped WWE COO Triple H and put Raw commissioner McMahon in an armlock in an epic showdown that won the 'This is Awesome' Moment of the Year Slammy, they've been looking for an opportunity to take on the MMA fighter and reclaim their wounded pride.

In Monday night's tense confrontation, Angle told McMahon after a heated exchange, "Stephanie, you will be facing Ronda at WrestleMania." He looked toward Triple H and continued, "That's not it... I know someone else with a second contract, and that's you, Triple H. And I told you after 'Survivor series, 'If you ever attack me again, I'm coming for you.'"

Angle announced, "So Ronda, if it's okay with you, it's not going to be you and Stephanie. At WrestleMania, it's going to be Triple H and Stephanie McMahon versus Ronda Rousey and me!" The announcement ended in a bit of a tussle, as Rousey stepped in to stop McMahon from slapping Angle.

Triple H then threw a cheap shot at Angle, which backfired, as it escalated into a full-blown fist fight. While the two men were reeling from the blows, McMahon took advantage of the confusion to sucker-punch Rousey from behind, before running away as Rousey glared at her.

Triple H then tried to land a Pedigree on Angle, but in a twist, Angle turned the move into an ankle lock on the WWE COO, who scrambled to get away from Angle with some help from McMahon. Rousey then appeared behind McMahon and hoisted her into the ring by her hair before giving her a Samoan drop. The altercation certainly does generate hype for Rousey's debut at WrestleMania, as the MMA fighter looks promising in WWE.
