“This is meant to be,” Reese said. “This is the relationship the world’s been waiting for.” Turning towards Adam she continued, “You smell really good. You’re more handsome in person than on the ice!” Upon hearing one of his celebrity crush talk about him, Adam could not help but feel flattered.

Taking the compliment quickly he said, “Can I show you something?” , before taking off his bronze medal and handing it to Reese. Seeing the bronze medal in her hands, the actress gasped in excitement. “I really needed this today,” he said. “Because before I got here today my life was in shambles. I was getting dressed because I wanted to look my best for you, and I lost a button.”

Adam sent the crowd into a laughter when he revealed a gap in his white shirt, showing off some skin. “I’m embarrassed, but I’m not,” he said, causing more laughter among the audience. “Do you know what I mean?” Later, Reese added, "Totally! You know what, it’s good if you put a necklace over it then nobody will notice it," and handed him his bronze medal.

The two recalled how they fell in love with each other's personalities (Twitter)

“Yeah, but it’s more of a pocket now,” he quipped. During the interview, Stephen asked Adam if he remembered the moment when he fell in love with Reese. He then recalled that it was the time when he saw her movie. "I think when I watched Legally Blonde. That was it, that’s when I fell in love," he said. On the other hand, Reese recalled that the first time she ever heard about Adam was through her trainer.

“And then I saw his tweets, which are the funniest thing in the world,” she said. She even recalled a tweet which Adam had made in mid- February. “‘To all those who tweet at me saying that they “hope I fail”, I have failed many times many times in my life. But more importantly, I’ve learned from every setback, proudly own up to my mistakes, grown from disappointments, and now I’m a glamazon b— ready for the runway.’ She quickly added, "Not that I’ve memorized it or saved it as my screensaver.” There is no doubt that the two had their fangirl moment and looked adorable during it.
