Teen gamer arrested after another gamer heard cries of a girl he was sexually abusing while playing on PlayStation
While he was in the middle of a Grand Theft Auto game, 18-year-old Daniel Enrique Fabian told another player that he would be gone for a couple of minutes so that he could "smash" an underage teen girl who was coming to his house, the authorities have said. A police report says that Fabian's PlayStation microphone managed to record him raping a 15-year-old girl. It was reported that the other player heard the whole thing because the teen forgot to turn off the microphone.
ABC Action News reported that the authorities have said the rape took place in June at Fabian's home which is in New Port Richey, Florida. According to Fox 13, Fabian was arrested on November 21 and was subsequently charged with lewd and lascivious battery on a victim between the age of 12 and 15.
