Jeff Goldblum would love to collaborate on 'any little thing' with Migos

Still reeling from the success of 'Thor: Ragnarok' and eyeing a similar fate for 'Isle of Dog', cinematic legend Jeff Goldblum is on a roll and he knows it. After all, success has more or less been his middle name at least since as early as his 'Jurassic Park' days. Now, he has hopes of trying his hand at music, or maybe invite musicians into the world of acting.

Jeff, who was recently spotted on a "rendezvous" with Quavo from Migos at Yves Saint Laurent earlier this year, has expressed his desire to collaborate with the rap trio. During his interview with Vice, the cinematic legend revealed that he would love to do "any little thing" with them.

"I loved meeting him! We were shopping and we started to talk and took some pictures together and I, I, I was very thrilled to meet him," he said, adding, "Mhm. Oh my gosh, I’d be thrilled to do any, any little thing with him and them. Yeah that would be a lot of fun. It could go anywhere! That’s a great idea [laughs]."

We don't why Migos should have any objection to this dream.

The 65-year-old actor also spoke about a bunch of stuff he loves other than Migos, and that includes old jazz and improvising. Speaking specifically about the improvisational climate that Taika Waititi encouraged on the sets of 'Thor: Ragnarok' Jeff said, "It was spectacularly fun. Taika Waititi is one of the main reasons. He’s a brilliant kind of genius musically, directorially, he’s a wonderful actor, I’ve enjoyed his movies before, and this one particularly, What We Do in the Shadows, where he improvised the whole thing."

The on-screen Grandmaster also speculated about the Marvel superhero he would love to have as a roommate. "As my roommate! Well, let me see, let me see… the Hulk turns out to be a very kind of, sometimes dangerous, but very soulful, deep-feeling, sweet-touching fellow," said the 'Thor: Ragnarok' star.

He then went on to rank his other co-stars as well: "Thor himself of course, living with him would be a wonderful, uh, adventure and rousingly sweet time. Loki is a complicated, interesting, brilliant, delightful fellow. You’d have to steer clear of his mischief and troublesome… character… quirks. And then Hela! She’s very powerful. As dangerous as she is, she’s wildly enchanting and magical. I’d like to spend a lot of time around her. Valkyrie is wonderful."

However, when push comes to shove, he would ideally have a three-way roommate situation where him Valkyrie and Hela would share an apartment. In Jeff's own words, "I’d say me, Valkyrie, and Hela would do well in an apartment together," like 'Three’s Company,' he offered.

Jeff, who is doggie daddy to his dog Woody, is a part of the upcoming stop-motion animation film 'Isle of Dogs'. The Wes Anderson film will see him as Duke, a grey and white dog, among Bryan Cranston's Chief - the leader of the dogs -, Edward Norton's Rex - a gold dog - and Bill Murray's Boss, a dog, yet undescrribed.

Claiming he aspired to be more like Woody, Jeff also said he drew quite a bit of inspiration from his dog for the film.

"I draw inspiration from Woody all the time. He’s present, and attentive, and in the moment, and athletic—he can do things that I can never imagine doing—and loving, and patient, and sweet, yeah, yeah," said the ever-chill Jeff.
