Ed Westwick's stylist reveals details of sexual encounter with star in a recent lawsuit

Although Westwick is a part of the lawsuit, he is not the defendant in this case.

Ed Westwick has found himself in the middle of another lawsuit, but this time around he isn't the one being actually sued. The lawsuit has been filed by a Los Angeles stylist who claims he held her hostage as a sex slave for about 48 hours.

Haley Camille Freedman, the stylist in question, claims in the lawsuit that she was part of a group who went to Westwick’s home in 2014.

She hung out until everyone left his house, and then she and the former 'Gossip Girl' star had sex, according to TMZ.

Freedman alleges their sexual intercourse took a dark turn when he requested she choke him, and when she didn’t oblige, he allegedly strangled and spit on her.

Freedman also claims in the lawsuit that she fell asleep afterward and in the morning Westwick entered the washroom with her and made sexual advances against her consent. She ended up staying at his house for two days because she was “out of it.”  She also states that due to the entire ordeal she suffered bruising, bleeding and internal tears.

But the twist in this dark tale is that Freedman is not suing Westwick in any manner. Instead, she is going after her former business partners who she claims cut her off after she wanted to go public with her complaints and allegations against Westwick.

She claims she did an interview with a media outlet but Westwick’s team apparently shut it down.

Moreover, she also claims in her lawsuit that the media outlet got text messages that misrepresented her as “unstable, disturbed, jealous and promiscuous.”

Apart from Freedman, three other women have come out and accused Westwick of sexual assault. Westwick, on the other hand, has vehemently denied the women’s allegations.

“It is disheartening and sad to me that as a result of two unverified and provably untrue social media claims, there are some in this environment who could ever conclude I have had anything to do with such vile and horrific conduct,” he wrote on Instagram. “I have absolutely not, and I am cooperating with the authorities so that they can clear my name as soon as possible.”
