Florida woman accused of forcing 13-year-old girl walk naked and barefoot down a road as punishment
A 13-year-old girl in Florida was forced to walk naked down a road as a form of punishment by a woman who is now facing child abuse charges after the brazen act. The incident, which happened around 4 pm on Thursday in Dade City, led to the arrest of 34-year-old Rosalie Contreras the same evening on one count of child abuse. According to BayNews9.com, the victim told deputies that Contreras wanted to punish her for misbehaving. Authorities are yet to disclose the relationship between the two.
Police reported that Contreras forced the teen to remove her clothes after driving to a remote location and made her walk naked and barefoot down the road as she followed behind in her vehicle. Contreras made the girl get back in the car after another vehicle came driving by.
