Chris Hemsworth and his wife Elsa Pataky get hot and steamy on the sets of their upcoming movie. The Thor actor recently spoke to the hosts of breakfast show Sunrise about his movie 12 Strong.
The actor spoke to morning show hosts Samantha Armytage and David 'Kochie' Koch and has revealed what it was like to film the love scene with his wife Elsa Pataky.
Playing the roles of husband and wife comes naturally, said Chris. "We had about seven or eight years' rehearsal time to play these characters," he said. "If we didn't have any chemistry, we'd be in trouble."
The hosts then asked the Thor star how the couple managed to film a love scene with his wife while they had a crew filming them.
"Yeah, that'd be the big difference," Chris replied "the cameras and the lights… that we weren't accustomed to."
Though he's worked with strong female leads in his previous films, Chris joked that he was "bossed" around by Pataky on the set of the new movie.
On working with his wife again, Chris said "Of course, I would. How am I supposed to answer that?"
Mixing business with pleasure is truly working out for Chris, but he's ready for a break. "I want to be able to take the kids to school. I may even be off all year. Maybe, it's time to just cash in and check out and surf for the rest of my life," he said jokingly.
Chris Hemsworth plays the role of Captain Mitch Nelson in the movie 12 Strong, who is the leader of Task Force Dagger, heading to Afghanistan following the events of 9/11. Check out the trailer below:
