Caitlyn Jenner and Sophia Hutchins look stunning in matching pink ensembles at Kylie Jenner's skincare launch party
Caitlyn Jenner and her "partner" Sophia Hutchins stepped out for the much-anticipated launch of Caitlyn's daughter Kylie Jenner's skincare launch party in West Hollywood on Tuesday, May 21, evening. The duo looked spectacular in their matching pink ensembles, which also coincidentally seemed to be the working theme of the launch party.
The 69-year-old transgender reality star, who formerly identified as Bruce Jenner, stepped out in a white dress, which she covered with a hot pink jacket and a matching clutch. The Olympic gold medalist slipped on suede tan heels and wore her brunette locks in twisty waves around her features.
She finished off her chic look with pink lip gloss and a thick sweep of mascara. Meanwhile, Sophia, who is in her early 20s and lives with Caitlyn, wore a pastel pink silk kimono for the party. The high-neck, sleeveless dress further featured a flattering split at the front, teasing the 21-year-old's gorgeous pins.
While Caitlyn went for pumps, Sophia kept her look a little more rustic by wearing a pair of white flip-flops, as she teamed it all up with her ash blonde locks loosely around her shoulders and the added blush to her cheeks. Kylie, who was clearly the woman of the hour, was even spotted posing for pictures with the duo at her launch.
Caitlyn, who used to be known as Bruce before undergoing a much-publicized gender transition a few years ago, cuddled up and posed for a slew of photographs with her successful daughter, and even huddled up for a selfie video in which they sweetly shared how much they love each other.
The youngest member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan got a lot of family support for the launch of her new skincare line, Kylie Skin, as she was joined by her half-sisters Kourtney, Kim, and Khloe Kardashian, along with her parents Kris Jenner and Caitlyn. Kylie put on a sensational display in a pink mini with racy cut-outs at the event.
Even before the launch of her new skincare line, Kylie Skin found itself facing a lot of flak from skincare fans over her new walnut face scrub. Multiple people complained about the self-made billionaire's new face scrub, saying that walnuts are actually bad for your skin, especially if used in the manner of a face scrub.
The walnut in the scrub acts as an exfoliator which removes dead skin cells from the area you apply it, in this case, your face. Like many other exfoliators, walnuts can often be too harsh for someone's skin and have regularly been slammed by critics.
