A burglar is looking at a "substantial" jail term after admitting to having sexual intercourse with a corpse after breaking in at a funeral parlor, according to reports.
The accused, identified as 23-year-old Kasim Khuram, pleaded guilty on Thursday to sexual penetration of a body at the Central England Co-operative Funeralcare home in Walsall Road.
The incident reportedly occurred on November 11. Khuram's sentencing has been adjourned till January 3 next year pending a psychiatric report. The judge, however, warned that the defendant was facing a "substantial" prison sentence, according to the Daily Mail.
