'America's Got Talent' season 14 might have just found the funniest and most likable guest judge to have appeared this season.

Sharing that she is going to be a kind of judge that you would like to have a beer with, Ellie Kemper has us all excited for Tuesday night's episode of America's Got Talent. With two rounds of Judge Cuts already done and dusted, AGT is back with the third round featuring another 18 acts who will battle it out for a chance to be one among the 7 contestants to move on to the live shows.

Joining the judging panel - Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, Julianne Hough, and Gabrielle Union - as a guest judge this week is none other than Ellie Kemper who is a two-time Emmy nominee for “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt”. In a sneak peek video prior to the episode, Kemper talks about what kind of judge she thinks she will be.

"I'm going to be the kind of judge that you would like to have a beer with, like to be friends with, and who is really really cool," Kemper said in the video. Chiming in and talking about what kind of judge she think Kemper would be, Union said, "The kind of judge I think Ellie Kemper is going to be, fierce, funny and fabulous honey."

"Ellie Kemper is our guest judge for Judge Cuts. You know what? I think she is going to be good. I think she is going to be funny, going to be witty, I think she is going to be honest. And I think she is going to do something that will surprise you," Mandel added.  Talking about what kind of an act she is looking for her Golden Buzzer, Kemper said, "I am looking for an act that will wow the crowd, wow me and moves me emotionally."

Revealing what kind of judge he thinks Kemper is going to be, Terry Crews said, "Ellie Kemper is going to be the kind of judge that is really sympathetic to a lot of the acts because we were both in Bridesmaids together and we know how you have to go through a whole other level to make a big giant hit and a big giant success so, we're both sympathetic. Ellie Kemper is going to be the most sympathetic judge we've ever had."
