Plot

According to the official synopsis listed on IMDb, 'American Housewife' is a story about "a family comedy narrated by Katie, a strong-willed mother, raising her flawed family in a wealthy town filled with perfect wives and their perfect offspring."

Katy Mixon as Kate 'Katie' Otto

Mixon plays the role of Katie, the titular protagonist. The actress is best known for her work on 'Mike & Molly', 'Eastbound & Down', 'State of Play', 'Drive Angry', 'Take Shelter', 'Minions' and 'Take Shelter'.

Diedrich Bader as Greg Otto
