RuPaul is coming to Netflix with his brand new Drag web series on Netflix early next year. You may wonder what a kid is doing in a show like this one, but be assured that it is going to be edgy as it will explore some dark themes.

Plot

Robert Lee, also known as Ruby Red, is a career drag queen who hopes and dreams of opening her own drag club. After being a victim of fraud by a charismatic con artist and his eye-patched partner in crime, Ruby is forced to pick up the pieces of what's left and hit the road to start over to get her money back.

Along the way Ruby meets AJ, a scrappy orphan with confidence and cockiness to spare, and the two come together for a road trip show you'll remember forever.

Cast

RuPaul

RuPaul is an American artist who rose to fame with his flamboyant acts on stage in Manhattan Clubs. He is a producer and actor who is known for his work on shows and films like 'RuPaul's Drag Race', 'But I'm a Cheerleader', 'To Wong Foo Thanks for Everything', 'Julie Newmar', and 'RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars'. He went on to win six Primetime Emmy awards for his contribution to the entertainment industry.

Izzy G

Izzy G is an actress and executive known for her work in 'The Highwaymen', 'Wings', and 'After'. She will be seen playing AJ in this Netflix show.

Josh Segarra

Josh is an American actor known for his work on TV shows and films like 'Trainwreck', 'Arrow', 'Overboard', and 'Orange Is the New Black'. We will see Josh in 'AJ and Queen' as Hector/ Damian Sanchez.

Tia Carrere
