'America's Got Talent: The Champions' Season 2 returned on Monday night, and 10 new acts from world over took to vying for one amongst the three spots in the semifinals. At the end of the episode, the one lucky act that won the golden buzzer and advanced directly to the finale was none other than V.Unbeatable, who made it till the finale on 'America's Got Talent' Season 14. Out of the remaining nine acts, only three could make it to the semifinals.

The first two acts that made it to the semifinals were the ones chosen by the superfans who hail from all 50 states in the US. The third and final act advancing to the semifinals was chosen by the judges.

Alexa Lauenburger, Quick Style, and Michael Grimms were contending for the third spot and the judges had to choose one act to move to the semifinals. Alesha Dixon, Howie Mandel and Simon Cowell voted for Alexa to advance as her performance impressed each one of them. Sadly that meant Quick Style and Michael Grimm were eliminated.

Taking to Twitter post the episode fans claim Grimm deserved the spot in the semi finale and he was robbed. "@SimonCowell #AGTChampions can’t believe Michael Grimm did not go through. No more AGT for Me!So disappointing!!" a fan wrote.

"@michael_grimm You were on the wrong show. @NBCTheVoice would have been a better fit for you. I can't believe @AGT chose dog tricks over awesome singing ! It's one of the reasons I prefer NBC The Voice over AGT. The devaluation of singers on AGT is shameful! #AGTChampions," a fan wrote. Adding to that another said, "@AGT I can't BELIEVE you didn't put Michael Grimm through SMH! So disappointed in you guys. #AGT #AGTChampions."

"How can you call it champions... when you don’t put Michael Grimm through??? And why do I care so much. Whatever... girl bye. #AGTChampions," shared a fan. While another wrote, "@howiemandel #AGTChampions can not believe you didn’t vote for Michael Grimm! He was definitely the most deserving!"

"Michael Grimm got robbed he should have gone threw #AGTChampions Alexa was good but I thought Michael was better," a fan wrote.

Michael won 'America's Got Talent' when he appeared in 2010. But sadly his version of Etta James’ 'I’d Rather Go Blind' wasn't the best to take him ahead in the competition.

'America's Got Talent: The Champions' season 2 airs every Monday night only on NBC. Check your local listings for more information.
