'A Million Little Things': Will Delilah flee to France with Eddie's daughter Charlie?

The saga of Eddie (David Giuntoli) and Delilah's (Stephanie Szostak) daughter Charlie keeps getting messier with each episode.
After one of their guitar learning sessions, Sophie (Lizzy Greene) just happens to tell him about the Dixon's summer plan - Delilah had just spent the previous night looking at airfares and plans to visit France for the summer.
Both Eddie and Katherine (Grace Park) are taken aback by this sudden plan. Earlier in the day, Delilah had canceled on Eddie babysitting Charlie. At that time, Katherine had said that she hopes this isn't Delilah's way of keeping him away from Charlie.
But it gets Eddie and Katherine thinking. Charlie, at barely a few months now, has started recognizing Eddie - "She smiles when she sees me now", he says - and is worried that spending the summer away from him will create some distance between the father and daughter.
Katherine asks him whether he knows if he is listed on Charlie's birth certificate. Eddie, unfortunately, doesn't know. So, he confronts Delilah about the holiday to France at Rome's mother's funeral. Apparently, she thinks it would "be fun for the kids to see where I grew up, meet some of my relatives, maybe brush up on their non-existent French."
But she is blindsided by Eddie who asks her outright if this has anything to do with him and Katherine wanting to tell everybody the truth. He also says that she should have asked him before making the decision of going to France with Charlie.
He asks her who is listed as the father on Charlie's birth certificate: it is Jon. This was the original plan they had agreed to - that on paper, Charlie's father would always be Jon and not Eddie. But he didn't plan on feeling this way, this connection to his daughter.
Will Delilah take Charlie to France without Eddie's full consent?
It also looks like the show is going to move towards a custody battle. And in all likelihood, Katherine will be fighting the case for Eddie, if at all it reaches courts. The question now remains - with season 2 short of two episodes for its conclusion - is whether the trio can come to an out-of-court settlement.
